All items sold are surplus/overstock wholesale fabrics. **Once shipped, NO returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.**

1. Pre-Order Confirmation
Please confirm the fabric details (color, weight, material, print) before placing an order via product photos, samples, or our customer service to avoid misunderstandings.

2. Quality Issues
Minor imperfections on surplus fabrics that do not affect normal use are not eligible for returns.
If you receive items with major defects such as large tears or severe stains that are not visible in product photos, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and offer a replacement or compensation, but NO refunds or returns.

3. No Responsibility After Cutting
Once the fabric is cut, modified, or used, we are not responsible for any returns, refunds, or complaints.
