We have a 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request support.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For international logistics reasons, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM TO US. We will process a full refund or send a replacement once we verify your issue. Items sent back to us without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14-day cancellation rights. Due to shipping costs, items DO NOT need to be returned. We will process refund after verification.

We will notify you once we’ve verified your issue and confirm your approval for refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
